How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your account, please follow the steps below. Once you submit your request, our team will process it as per our data deletion policy.

Steps to Request Account Deletion:

• Open the App: Launch the application on your mobile device. Ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.
• Access Your Profile: Navigate to the Profile section from the main menu.
• Go to the About Section: Scroll down and tap on the About option to access additional settings and information about the app.
• Select "Delete Account": Locate the Delete Account button and tap on it to initiate the deletion request.
• Provide Required Information: You may be asked to provide certain details, such as your registered email address, to verify your request.
• Confirm and Submit Your Request: Carefully review your request before submitting it. Once submitted, your request will be forwarded to our support team for processing.
• Account Deletion Processing: After submitting your request, our team will review it. The account deletion process may take a few days to complete. You will receive a confirmation email or notification once the deletion is finalized.
